The QDC-T Series is an InGaAs Single-Photon Detector (SPD) engineered for near-infrared quantum technologies and telecommunication operations spanning from 1000 nm to 1650 nm. Operating primarily in continuous-wave (CW) mode with optional gated operation, the unit provides standard TTL outputs for system integration. Available in both terrestrial laboratory (C) and space-optimized (S) grades, the module is built for spaceborne payloads and quantum network nodes where weight and size are constrained.
